Hours: M-F, 8-5; rotating Saturday's 7:30am-12pm 

Pay: $12-14/hr, doe

Texarkana company is seeking an Inside / Counter Sales associate. Candidate must be outgoing and have great customer service qualities. Candidate MUST have basic understanding of livestock and agriculture and MUST have cash handling experience.

 

Job Duties:

1. Customer Assistance: Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they need.

    

2. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the products sold, including various types of livestock feed, agricultural supplies, equipment, and tools. This knowledge helps in guiding customers to the right products for their specific needs.

3. Sales: Actively engaging customers to promote products and generate sales. This may involve making product recommendations, explaining product features and benefits, and upselling or cross-selling related items.

    

4. Order Processing: Taking orders from customers, either in person, over the phone, or via email, and accurately entering them into the sales system for processing.

    

5. Problem-Solving: Assisting customers with any issues or concerns they may have, such as product defects or delivery delays, and finding satisfactory resolutions.

    

6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements for reporting purposes.

    

7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, such as sales associates, managers, and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
