·         Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in a clean and organized condition.

·         Provide professional customer service while interacting with clients at service locations.

·         Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

·         Support senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues.
