Salary: $24.00 - $26.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/HR

Duties:

  • Operate Mazak CNC turning machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Set up and run machining operations while monitoring quality and productivity.
  • Measure finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.
  • Make tooling and machine adjustments as needed to maintain part accuracy and production efficiency.
  • Operate overhead cranes to safely move materials and completed products.
  • Operate forklifts, drill presses, grinders, bar feeders, and other shop equipment as required.
  • Inspect parts throughout the production process and document quality results as needed.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues to supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Experience operating Mazak turning machines is a plus.
  • Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, drill presses, grinders, and bar feeders preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools to inspect and verify part dimensions.
  • Ability to make tooling offsets and machine adjustments to ensure quality production.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
