Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00/HR

Duties:

Set up CNC machines and perform changeovers to support production requirements.
Operate CNC lathes and turning centers to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment as needed.
Operate a variety of CNC equipment, including older machines, in a job shop manufacturing environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining experience required.
Experience setting up CNC machines and completing machine changeovers.
Experience with CNC turning, lathes, Nakamura, and Tsugami machines preferred.
Experience with Mastercam programming software preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced job shop environment with varying production demands.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate both modern and legacy machining equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
