Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and mechanical systems
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and drivetrain issues
Complete vehicle safety inspections
Repair or replace worn or damaged parts
Maintain maintenance records
Assist with ordering parts and shop supplies
Ensure fleet vehicles meet DOT safety requirements

Qualifications

Experience repairing and maintaining diesel equipment or heavy-duty vehicles
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
