Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (Picking & Packing)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Location: South Austin 
Pay Rate: $20.90

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. This position will primarily focus on order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping preparation to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Candidates with previous Amazon fulfillment center, distribution center, or high-volume warehouse experience are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production-driven environment, meeting performance goals, and maintaining accuracy while handling multiple orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory using pick lists, scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Pack customer orders according to company standards to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
• Label, sort, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Preferred:

• Previous Amazon Fulfillment Center experience.
• Experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or distribution environment.
