Salary: $23.81/hr.

We are currently looking for a qualified Group Leader for a company located in Estill, SC. 

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead and supervise the spinning production team during assigned shifts
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals
• Ensure spinning machines are operating safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and address production issues promptly
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on equipment, procedures, and safety practices
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maintain production schedules
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or textile environment preferred
• Knowledge of spinning processes, machinery, and production equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate production associates
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to monitor production goals and maintain quality standards
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
