We are currently looking for a qualified Groundskeeper for a company located in Bluffton, SC. 

Pay: $22-24.00/hr. (DOE)

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Plant, water, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
• Remove weeds, leaves, trash, and debris from grounds and common areas
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs
• Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other landscaping materials as needed
• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas in a clean and safe condition
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance and special landscaping projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, and plant care
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive outdoor spaces
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
