Plaster Molder

We are currently seeking a Plaster Molder to join our team. Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Summary/Objective

Responsible for weighing and mixing plaster and subsequently pouring it into a mold.

Job Responsibilities

• Weigh plaster and water and mix together.
• Pour plaster mixture into molds.
• Use a strike-off bar to level plaster with the top of the mold.
• Strip molds, remove flasks, visually inspect, remove flash, and make minor repairs.
• Load molds into ovens.
• Clean molds and flasks.
• Complete and maintain required reports and records.
• Meet quality and production standards for the position.
• Proactively support the ISO process approach to quality management and the Syteline MIS system.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, consistently use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain good housekeeping.
• Maintain regular, on-time attendance and follow company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with internal and external contacts.
• Apply classroom and on-the-job training knowledge, skills, and abilities in a quality-focused manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
