We're hiring experienced Crew Leaders to oversee Asphalt Paving and Tree Service crews. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, work ethic, and ability to make smart decisions will make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily crews and assign work efficiently
• Oversee asphalt paving or tree service projects while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects on schedule
• Make sound decisions that minimize downtime and rework
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
• Operate and oversee the safe use of paving equipment, bucket trucks, spider lifts, hand tools, and power tools
• Assist with snow removal during the winter season when needed
• Travel locally to job sites each day with minimal overnight travel

What You Bring

• Strong leadership and crew management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Experience

• Asphalt paving and finishing
• Concrete finishing
• Tree work
• Bucket truck or spider lift operation
• Drilling and rebar placement
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Heavy equipment operation
• Construction leadership with transferable mechanical skills

2+ years of crew leadership is preferred. Direct asphalt paving or tree industry experience is strongly preferred.
