In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders according to customer specifications.
• Process orders using the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method.
• Utilize mobile scanning devices to pull parts from inventory.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and shipping documentation.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and required shipment paperwork.
• Stage and load outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Inspect outgoing materials for quality and report discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse functions.
• Communicate shipment delays, discrepancies, or concerns to management.
• Support other warehouse and shipping functions as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
