Company in Fostoria, OH is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team! Candidates should have strong attention to detail, be organized and self motivated. 

Job Duties Include: 

·        Assist production with equipment startup and operational support.

·        Adjust and calibrate machinery as needed for proper operation.

·        Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in equipment.

·        Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in equipment.

·        Ensure equipment is properly aligned and functioning correctly for production.

·        Perform lubrication and greasing of machinery as required.

·        Maintain fluid levels in equipment as needed.

·        Identify problems through inspections and diagnostic testing.

·        Complete work orders using maintenance systems (e.g., KPA).

·        Maintain knowledge of basic functions of all production equipment.

·        Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and producing quality output.

·        Ensure equipment is operating safely and within company standards.

·        Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot equipment.

·        Repair and replace faulty or worn components.

·        Train production employees on basic preventive maintenance tasks.

·        Track time and complete required documentation.

·        Support team efforts and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.

 

Pay will be based on Experience!
