Are you an experienced hospitality or retail leader who knows how to lead people, drive revenue, and create exceptional guest experiences?

We're recruiting for an established, high-volume hospitality operation in Destin featuring both a successful restaurant and retail store. This leadership position is ideal for someone with experience managing busy hotels, resorts, restaurants, destination retail stores, or other customer-focused operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations for both the restaurant retail store and guest experience
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 100 employees
• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate team members
• Drive monthly revenue growth while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction
• Analyze sales, labor, and operational reports to maximize profitability
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and operational standards
• Utilize hospitality POS systems, scheduling software, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive environment
• Partner with ownership and leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, resorts, or high-volume retail
• Experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management systems, POS software, scheduling platforms, and business reporting tools
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, labor management, and revenue performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Weekend availability is required
