ExpressPros is partnering with a well-maintained apartment community seeking a dependable Maintenance & Grounds Technician to help keep the property looking its best.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and taking pride in improving a property's appearance. You'll help prepare apartment homes for new residents, support maintenance operations, and assist with overall property upkeep.

Responsibilities

Paint apartment interiors and complete unit touch-ups
Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents
Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
Pick up trash and pet waste throughout the community
Help maintain clean, attractive grounds and common areas
Assist with work orders and property projects as needed
Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily maintenance operations
Serve as a versatile team member helping wherever needed

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyperson, apartment, construction, or property experience preferred
• 
  Basic knowledge of painting and minor repairs
• 
  Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical work
• 
  Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• 
  Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• 
  Able to lift, bend, walk property grounds, and work outdoors
