Position Details

Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional weekend availability

Salary: Up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Property Manager Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily operations of a multifamily residential community
-
Hire, train, supervise, and lead on-site staff (approximately 6 team members)
-
Drive leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
-
Maintain strong communication with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and staff
-
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance priorities
-
Resolve resident concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards
-
Manage financial operations including rent collection, deposits, and reporting
-
Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and housing standards
-
Participate in management meetings and property performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous Property Manager experience required
-
Strong leasing and sales background preferred

Experience leading and managing on-site property teams
-
Familiarity with property management software preferred

Experience with capital improvements or property renovations is a plus

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Basic financial, math, and bookkeeping knowledge

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
