A lighting and fan company in Fort Worth is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Posting Clerk to their team!

 

Pay: $20-$21/hr

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 730a-4p

 

Job Duties: 

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing daily bank deposits, posting incoming payments (checks, credit card, ACH, and wire transfers), performing collections activities, and responding to customer requests.

 

Skills required:

• Strong Data entry experience
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
