Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in residential and/or commercial construction, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:

  *   Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  *   Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials.
  *   Build, repair, and install walls, framing, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other structures.
  *   Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  *   Perform demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed.
  *   Ensure work is completed accurately and according to safety standards.
  *   Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  *   Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

  *   Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience.
  *   Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
  *   Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general construction.
  *   Proficient with hand and power tools.
  *   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
  *   Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
  *   OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
