Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Agent Service Expert (ASE) to join a growing local office. This position plays a vital role in supporting agents and management through administrative, technical, transaction, and marketing assistance that helps drive success and deliver exceptional client service.
As the welcoming face of the office, the Agent Service Expert will support daily operations, coordinate transactions, assist with marketing initiatives, and provide training and support on office technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Manage front desk reception, incoming calls, mail, and visitor support
- Maintain office facilities, conference rooms, common areas, and office equipment
- Coordinate office events, meetings, training sessions, and community activities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations
Agent Technology & Training
- Provide technical support for office equipment, networks, and devices
- Serve as a primary resource for company technology tools and systems
- Assist with onboarding and training staff on office software and technology platforms
Transaction Processing
- Enter listing and sales data into industry-specific systems
- Review transaction files to ensure compliance and completeness
- Verify required forms, signatures, and dates are properly documented
- Work with agents to obtain missing documentation and maintain accurate records
Marketing Support
- Create and customize marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, and other promotional pieces
- Coordinate marketing requests with internal marketing resources as needed
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Preferred:
- Real estate, title, escrow, or related industry experience
- Administrative, office management, or customer service experience
