Banquet Server

📍 Colorado Springs, CO 

💰 $16.00/hour 

🕒 9:00am - 2:00pm - need ongoing coverage 7 days a week so can be flexible with schedule

About the Opportunity 

Express Employment is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a high-volume industrial kitchen that serves a banquet style cafeteria. This is a hands-on position that offers consistent hours and long-term stability. 

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced food production environment, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team that prepares quality meals and food products, this could be a great fit. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Rotate food out to the banquet line

• Bringing empty containers to the dish area 

• Help keep the banquet line clean and clear of debris

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift 

• Frequently lift, carry, and move ingredients, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous kitchen, food service, food production experience preferred 

• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices 

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe Certification preferred 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
