Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic for the 310S position for our client in Courtice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with dealership operations. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles, utilizing a variety of tools and schematics. Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform mechanical repairs including engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs accurately
• Assist with vehicle assembly, maintenance, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving or installing parts or components
• Follow dealership procedures and safety protocols during all repair activities
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service timelines

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or automotive repair 3-5 years preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
• Must possess a 310 S Mechanic License
• Experience in vehicle assembly, maintenance, or related mechanical tasks
• Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally
• Familiarity with automotive repair standards and safety regulations
• Prior mechanic experience is essential for success in this role
• Ability to work on 2-3 cars at a time.
