Front Office Coordinator – Apartment Community
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with resident inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining resident files, processing paperwork, managing office correspondence, and supporting the property management team with daily administrative tasks.
