Maintenance Technician – Luxury High-Rise Condominium

Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM availability required; employees work five days per week
Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent

Pay: $23hr

 

Express Employment Professionals of Naples is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a luxury high-rise condominium community in Naples.

The ideal candidate will have previous condominium maintenance experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide excellent service to residents and property management.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Maintain common areas, building equipment, and exterior spaces
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and property management

Requirements

• Previous condominium maintenance experience is required
• Experience working in a luxury high-rise community is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work five days per week with availability Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Must be able to successfully complete all required employment screenings
