Job Title: Welder/Fabricator (MIG Welding)
City and State: Lake in the Hills, IL
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Overtime available)
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Summary:
We are seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators to join a growing production team. This hands-on role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication of steel components while maintaining high quality and production standards. Candidates will be placed based on skill level and weld test performance, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on steel components per blueprints and specifications
  • Fit, tack, and weld parts to required tolerances and quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production instructions
  • Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality requirements are met
  • Perform fabrication tasks such as grinding, cutting, and material prep
Qualifications:
  • MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a weld test and meet physical job requirements
