Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee digital printing equipment to ensure quality production and on-time completion of jobs.
• Lead and support production team members during daily operations.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize production schedules, and assist with meeting production goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure printed products meet company and customer standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Train and assist team members in proper production procedures and equipment operation.
• Review work orders, artwork specifications, and production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates through email and internal systems.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Skills

• Supervisory or team lead experience in a production, manufacturing, or printing environment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating production software.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and professional email communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Screen printing experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment required.
• Prior supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Experience using email and Microsoft Outlook required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Screen printing experience preferred but not required.
