Production Coordinator

Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Coordinator to support shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing finished goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring orders are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, stage, and ship finished goods while following customer requirements and packing instructions.
• Coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments through carriers and customer portals, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Will Call, and freight providers.
• Create and process shipping documents, packing lists, and work orders through SAP.
• Enter and verify production and shipping data while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with organizing daily workflow, meeting deadlines, and staging materials for trade shows and demonstrations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
• Must have SAP experience and previous shipping experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to become forklift certified.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
