Location: East Metro, MN
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Pre-Finisher/Warehouse Associate for a valued client in the East Metro. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a growing company specializing in architectural millwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare millwork orders for shipment
• Read and follow job orders accurately
• Stage materials and ensure orders are complete and organized
• Assist with painting, staining, and sanding millwork as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support the production team with additional warehouse tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately read and follow work orders
• Experience in woodworking, millwork, finishing, or warehouse work is a plus
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
