  • Inspect the product and verify that it meets sales requirements in terms of packing, stem count, proper hard goods, breakdown, and phytosanitary issues. Document any observed changes or discrepancies by creating the corresponding quality reports.
  • Only in cases where immediate action is required, inform the Production Manager of any product that does not meet the requested specifications, following the guidance and authorization of the Quality Control Manager.

  • Label the box appropriately if any bunches are removed.

In line inspection stage:

  • Provide timely feedback to production line leaders regarding observed quality issues to support proper identification and handling. Such communication is limited to situations where the product is actively being processed or when immediate action is required.
  • Monitor products throughout the production process to verify compliance with quality standards and identify potential deviations.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for relying information to Production Management and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are evaluated and implemented.
  • Monitor established communication channels to remain informed of relevant updates impacting the team.
  • Recommend adjustments, corrections, or strategies aimed at improving the production process and overall product quality.
  • Identify and report recurring or common quality issues by product type or supplier, and communicate observations to the Quality Control Manager to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Record quality issues in the Web Flowers application using the designated module and generate quality reports when issue levels exceed 5%.
  • Record total daily rejections in the designated format and submit them to the Production Supervisor.
