Duties:

• Assist with foundation repair and stabilization projects
• Dig, shovel, and prepare work sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Help install drainage systems, sump pumps, and concrete repair solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and work closely with the crew leader

What we look for…

• Construction or general labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
