The regular schedule is Monday through Saturday. Pay is $18/hour.
Monday and Saturday: 4:00 AM start time.
Tuesday through Friday: 5:00 AM start time. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
The Receiving & Cooler Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Receiving and Cooler Departments by ensuring products are received, organized, scanned, stored, transported, and supplied to production accurately and efficiently while maintaining Company quality, inventory, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
This position supports the continuous flow of products throughout the warehouse, cooler, and production areas while assisting with inventory control, forklift operations, product handling, and cooler organization. The Receiving & Cooler Associate is expected to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work environment always.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive inbound shipments and assist with unloading trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Inspect and organize incoming flower and product shipments according to customer, inventory, and operational requirements.
• Separate and organize products by customer, order type, farm, or operational category as directed.
• Verify that incoming products are properly labeled and accurately received into inventory systems.
• Print and apply labels to incoming products when shipments arrive without proper labeling.
• Scan incoming products and invent them into Web flowers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized pallet staging and receiving areas to support operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Transport products from the cooler to production lines based on production schedules and operational needs communicated by management.
• Ensure continuous product flow to production areas to minimize delays and interruptions.
• Remove outdated, damaged, or unusable product from the cooler as directed by management.
• Scan and process inventory movement within Web flowers prior to releasing product to production.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or operational concerns to management promptly.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with Company procedures and safety standards.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or inventory loss.
• Assist with pallet movement, organization, staging, and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Support loading, unloading, transporting, and repositioning materials and products throughout warehouses and cooler areas.
• Maintain receiving, cooler, warehouse, and staging areas clean, organized, and operational throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and inventory handling requirements.
• Participate in team activities and operational tasks necessary to support departmental goals and production schedules.
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, quality, and warehouse personnel to maintain efficient operations.
• Follow all Company policies, workplace safety procedures, food safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Properly always utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or operational concerns to management.
• Maintain safe pallet staging, forklift operation, and warehouse traffic practices.
• Participate in operational, forklift, safety, food safety, and inventory training as required.
• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
• Be available to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Perform additional duties and operational responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, receiving, cooler, inventory, or forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish; basic English communication skills preferred.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to work in cold-storage, warehouse, and fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to read and understand operational documents, inventory labels, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, move, push, or pull products, pallets, materials, and equipment exceeding 50 pounds as required by operational needs.
