Now Hiring: Retail Assistant Manager

Full-Time | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends) | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the team, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with opening and closing the store and daily operational tasks
• Prepare daily deposits, sales reports, and support administrative duties
• Help create staff schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Learn the POS system and provide cashier coverage for breaks and lunches
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store while delivering exceptional customer service

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous retail and leadership experience
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
• Can confidently resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is willing to respond to occasional weekend operational needs
