Commercial Cleaning Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Commercial Cleaning Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Paradise Valley. This role is responsible for supporting the hiring, onboarding, and training process for commercial cleaning employees while ensuring a positive and professional experience for new hires.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This position requires someone who can multitask, work independently, and collaborate closely with management and field staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire onboarding for commercial cleaning employees.
  • Assist candidates with completing employment paperwork and onboarding documentation.
  • Verify required documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Communicate onboarding requirements and expectations in both English and Spanish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Support recruiting efforts by contacting applicants and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with managers and supervisors regarding staffing needs.
  • Track employee onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and employees.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous onboarding, administrative, human resources, staffing, or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
