Pay: $20.00/hour

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a CNC Setup Technician to join a team that values quality, safety, and continuous learning. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Install and remove molds and setup equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect molds, lubricate components, and verify machine settings before startup.
• Assist with machine startups and auxiliary equipment under experienced technicians.
• Operate and learn support equipment such as welders, milling machines, robots, and pad printers.
• Move materials and supplies to keep production running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and identify or report unsafe equipment.

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow setup sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Manufacturing, CNC, machining, or plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
• Willingness to complete company-provided technical training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
