Industrial Electrician – 2nd Shift

Location: Plant City, FL
Pay: $26.00–$30.00/hour BOE
Shift: 2nd Shift – Start Time: 3:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating weekends required

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a well-established food-grade manufacturing facility in Plant City. If you have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, PLC, motor, and control system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Repair and replace motors, drives, sensors, relays, and electrical components
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines
• Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment and control systems
• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of PLCs is preferred
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to work rotating weekends as scheduled
