Job Responsibilities:

• Place orders with vendors and monitor purchase orders.
• Enter purchase orders into the ERP Vision System.
• Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with key vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate physical inventory.
• Manage warranty claims and core returns.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily operations.
• Lead and assist warehouse material handlers and clerks.
• Maintain chain of custody standards to minimize inventory loss.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between branch locations.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of critical parts.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Vision ERP experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
