Front Office Coordinator
Location: Southeast Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team at our Southeast Phoenix location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for candidates, visitors, and clients while supporting daily office operations, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works well under pressure, communicates effectively, and is a true team player who collaborates closely with recruiters and office staff to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in applicants, visitors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure candidates are properly scheduled, screened, and prepared for the hiring process.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including collecting new hire documentation and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized applicant and employee files.
- Perform data entry and update candidate information in internal systems.
- Communicate regularly with recruiters regarding candidate status, interview attendance, and onboarding progress.
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, front office, receptionist, staffing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, clients, and team members.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team goals.

Compensation & Benefits
