Maintenance Technician / Shop Laborer

Location: Irwin, PA
Pay: $23–$26/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician / Shop Laborer:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
• Support production operations with hands-on mechanical tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance activities
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with additional shop duties as needed

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician / Shop Laborer:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing, maintenance, or shop experience a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical issues
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
