Location: Irwin, PA
Pay: $80,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support machining operations for a growing manufacturing organization in the Irwin area. This position will be responsible for developing and improving CNC programs, supporting production teams, and ensuring efficient machining processes.

Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer:

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs
• Support machining operations through programming improvements
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
• Review blueprints and manufacturing specifications
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams
• Improve machining efficiency and reduce production issues
• Maintain accurate program documentation

Requirements of the CNC Programmer:

• Previous CNC programming experience required
• Strong knowledge of machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with CNC controls and programming software preferred
