Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to join a manufacturing team in the Irwin area. This role provides an opportunity for an engineering professional to support production, improve processes, and collaborate with experienced team members in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Junior Engineer:

• Assist with engineering projects and manufacturing improvements
• Support production teams with technical solutions
• Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts
• Prepare documentation and reports
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements of the Junior Engineer:

• Engineering degree or related technical education preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
