Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

About the Position:
We are seeking reliable Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in the Irwin area. This role is responsible for assembling components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring finished products meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assemble components according to specifications and instructions
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintain accurate work and quality standards
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements of the Assembler:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working with hand tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
