Part-Time Dispatcher – $18/hour | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Dispatcher. This position has the potential to become temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally

• Schedule and book service calls using Service Titan

• Enter accurate customer and appointment information

• Communicate scheduling details to customers and technicians

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer-service experience

• Experience using Service Titan preferred

• Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Pay: $18 per hour
