Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician Level 3 with extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines. The successful candidate will have advanced technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex repair and maintenance tasks on a variety of diesel-powered equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot complex issues in diesel engines and related systems.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform high-level repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, including overhauls, component replacements, and system upgrades.
• Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of diesel engine systems, electronic controls, fuel systems, and drivetrains to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure all repairs and maintenance meet or exceed industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used, and provide detailed reports as needed.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a diesel technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repair.
• Certification: Level 3 diesel technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and repair equipment.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of diesel engine systems, electronic controls, and related components.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Additional Skills: Experience with specific brands or types of diesel engines.
• Licensing: Additional certifications or training related to diesel technology.
