Job Summary:

Front Desk/Housekeeper. This role combines front desk responsibilities with housekeeping duties to ensure guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the lodge and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and organized.

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed.
• Dispose of trash and ensure proper sanitation.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus but is not required
• Able to work on your own and with a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work the assigned schedule.
