Maintenance Technicians for Apartment Properties

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls. This is a full-time position moving between the two locations. If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to maintaining high standards, this could be a great fit.

Pay Rate: $18-19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the properties in a professional manner by providing high-quality maintenance service
• Ensure that all vacant units are “move-in ready”
• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours of receiving them
