Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products, including hazardous materials, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with HAZMAT shipping requirements.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), when applicable.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, environmental, and security standards.
• Work closely with logistics, production, and safety teams to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Perform housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) program.
• Help identify training needs and promote a strong culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or reach truck experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is preferred but not required.
