Soldering / Mechanical / Wiring Assembler
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Soldering/Mechanical/Wiring Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities

Perform surface mount (SMT) and thru-hole soldering with precision and accuracy.
Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications.
Read and follow point-to-point wiring schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with mechanical assembly and wiring duties as needed.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

Surface mount and thru-hole soldering experience, entry level to advanced.
Ability to identify and produce acceptable solder joints according to industry standards.
Experience reading and interpreting wiring schematics, blueprints, and assembly prints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in electronics manufacturing environments.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay up to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
Full-time position with opportunities for overtime.
