Express Employment is hiring tetrapack operators who's primarily role is to move large ingredients wands attached to large hoses and opening barrels. Candidate must comply with GMP's (good manufacture practices) and wear PPE such as white smock, hair net/hard hats, ear plugs and safety glasses. 

 

Schedules:

A Shift- Sunday to Tuesday with every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

B Shift- Sunday to Tuesday with every other Wednesday 7pm-7am

C Shift- Thursday to Saturday with every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

D Shift- Thursday to Saturday with every other Wednesday 7pm-7am

 

Pay:

Day- $18/hr

Graveyard- $20/hr

 

 

Job Summary:

The TTP Machine Operator, will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, clean, and maximize capacity on assigned mixing and cooking machinery.   The Machine Operator will also be responsible for moving and mixing raw materials accurately according to specifications, and in a timely manner.

The TTP Machine Operator position is fast paced and requires maximum attention to detail.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect raw materials and accept or reject based on company specifications.
• Open, stage, and pull raw materials through a vacuum system.
• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI.
• Operate Production Integrator to create recipes according to established specifications.

• Read schematics and diagrams to monitor machine status (flow, temperature, pressure, levels)
• Operate probes, viscometers, and scales to test pH, viscosity, brix, and overall product quality.
• Perform and complete sensory testing (Organoleptic).
• Break down machinery with hand tools to clean and sanitize.
• Monitor critical control points and be able to identify contamination or foreign material.
• Detect and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Completion of daily paperwork and reports through digi-docs.
• Demonstrate the Company’s values and winning behaviors while adhering to all company policies and practices, including safety and environmental protocols, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift (12 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to walk up & down stairs multiple times per shift.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs.
