Job Title: 2nd Shift Press Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking dependable and team-oriented Press Operators to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This role offers long-term potential with a growing company and is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rubber press equipment safely and efficiently
• Produce molded production and prototype rubber parts
• Monitor and maintain press line operations
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required

Equipment Used:

• Rubber press machines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push and pull 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Frequent standing and movement throughout the shift
• Some lifting required
• Steel-toe shoes or boots required
