Basic Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Obtain customer information and log calls
• Transfer customer to appropriate department or personnel
• Greet walk-in customers, vendors, and employees

Requirements of the Customer Service Rep:

• High School Diploma
• At least one (1) year customer service experience
• Detail oriented, pleasant demeanor, and professional attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
