Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Fence Foreman for a locally owned company with a strong reputation in the community. We’re looking for a motivated leader with hands-on construction experience who can manage job sites, guide a crew, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team in the installation of residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing

• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are met

• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

• Manage project timelines, materials, and on-site crew

• Operate equipment and tools necessary for fence installation

Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry (required)

• Previous leadership or foreman experience (required)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
