Express Employment  is seeking a Wash Bay Associate to join our manufacturing team in Wyoming, Illinois. This position is responsible for preparing machined parts for shipment by cleaning, deburring, lubricating, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for hands-on work in a production environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Clean, wash, and prepare machined parts for shipment.
  • Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished parts.
  • Remove dust, chips, and residue from parts prior to packaging.
  • Apply lubrication to parts as required.
  • Perform basic quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Use basic measuring and gaging tools, including depth gages.
  • Support packaging and shipping preparation processes.
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
 
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools and follow work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move parts within job requirements.
